Acceptance of Terms:
<\/b>By making a purchase from us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms in this agreement.

Pricing and Payment:

Orders and Delivery:

We will do our best to deliver your order within the stated timeframe of 3\u20135 business days, but we cannot guarantee delivery at an exact time during the day. We are not responsible for delays or incorrect deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control. If you place your order before 11:00 AM on a business day, it will normally be shipped the following day, provided the product is in stock. If the product is out of stock, the delivery time is 5\u20138 business days. If it takes longer, you will be notified.<\/p>

Returns and Refunds:<\/b>
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days in accordance with applicable distance selling legislation for a refund, subject to our return terms. We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if the item has been used or damaged. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Returns must be notified in writing to customer service (order@aquanobel.se) before being sent to Aqua Nobel of Sweden AB. A delivery note or copy of the invoice must be included. Approved returns will be refunded within 30 days from the return date and credited with 100% of the purchase value. If the product is damaged in any way upon arrival at the return warehouse, we reserve the right to either reject the return request or deduct 30\u201360% from the purchase amount depending on the extent of the damage.

Uncollected delivery:<\/strong>
If the delivery is not collected, you will be charged for any additional costs incurred. If you wish to have the delivery sent again, a new shipping fee will apply.<\/p>
