Acceptance of Terms:

Pricing and Payment:
All prices on our website are stated in the indicated currency and do not include applicable taxes or shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

Payment can be made using the approved payment methods listed on our website. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Orders and Delivery:
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We will do our best to deliver your order within the stated timeframe of 3–5 business days, but we cannot guarantee delivery at an exact time during the day. We are not responsible for delays or incorrect deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control. If you place your order before 11:00 AM on a business day, it will normally be shipped the following day, provided the product is in stock. If the product is out of stock, the delivery time is 5–8 business days. If it takes longer, you will be notified.

Returns and Refunds:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days in accordance with applicable distance selling legislation for a refund, subject to our return terms. We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if the item has been used or damaged. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Returns must be notified in writing to customer service (order@aquanobel.se) before being sent to Aqua Nobel of Sweden AB. A delivery note or copy of the invoice must be included. Approved returns will be refunded within 30 days from the return date and credited with 100% of the purchase value. If the product is damaged in any way upon arrival at the return warehouse, we reserve the right to either reject the return request or deduct 30–60% from the purchase amount depending on the extent of the damage.

Uncollected delivery:
If the delivery is not collected, you will be charged for any additional costs incurred. If you wish to have the delivery sent again, a new shipping fee will apply.

Intellectual property rights:
All intellectual property rights related to our products and trademarks remain our property. No part of our products or trademarks may be copied, distributed, or used without our written consent.

Limitation of liability:

Force Majeure:
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure in delivery of products due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to power outages, natural disasters, or strikes.
