Acceptance of Terms:

By making a purchase with us, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted all the terms of this agreement. You agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

Prices and payment:

All prices on our website are in the currency specified and do not include any taxes or shipping charges, unless otherwise stated. Payment can be made using approved payment methods listed on our website. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Order and delivery:

By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are authorised to legally enter into binding contracts and that the information you provide is correct and complete. We will do our best to deliver your order within the specified time frame of 3-5 business days, but we cannot guarantee delivery within an exact time of day. We are not responsible for any delays or incorrect delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. If you place your order before 11 a.m. on a weekday, we will normally send it the next day, provided the product is in stock. If the product is out of stock, the delivery time is 5-8 weekdays, if it takes longer we will let you know.

Return and refund:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days according to the Distance and Home Selling Act for a refund, in accordance with our return conditions. We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if the item has been used or damaged. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Returns must, before shipping to Aqua Nobel of Sweden AB, be notified in writing to customer service (order@aquanobel.se). The delivery note or copy of the invoice must be attached to the return note. Approved returns are refunded within 30 days of the return date and credited with 100% of the purchase value. In cases where the product is damaged in any way upon arrival at the return warehouse, we reserve the right to either reject the return application or deduct between 30-60% of the purchase price depending on the damage.

Package not received: If the delivery is not received, we will charge you for the additional costs it has caused us. If delivery is desired again, shipping costs will be added.

Immaterial rights:

All intellectual property rights associated with our products and trademarks remain our property. No part of our products or trademarks may be copied, distributed or used without our written consent.

Disclaimer:

We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product.

Force majeure:

We will not be responsible for any delay or incorrect delivery of products due to causes beyond our control, including, but not limited to, power outages, natural disasters or strikes.

Changes to the terms and conditions and disputes:

We reserve the right to change these terms of purchase at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.

By continuing to use our website or making a purchase after changes to the terms have been made, you agree to the new terms.

In the event of a dispute, follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board.
